Class Descriptions

Beginner:
For new students and early beginner students to introduce them to this style of yoga, teach them the protocols and accurate alignment of the foundational poses of Svaroopa Yoga.

All Levels:
For beginner and continuing students who have learned the Magic 4.

Gentle:
For students who need extra help. You may have trouble getting on and off the floor.

Deeper Class:
For long-term students who have a well-established home practice in this style of yoga, and who have a much-increased body awareness.

Pregnancy:
Supports you and makes you more comfortable while you move through the profound physical changes of your pregnancy. Helps to speed your labor and delivery, creates a healing resilience during your recovery. Deepens your bond with a new soul coming into your body. No experience needed.
